Care instructions
You can find all care instructions on the inner care tag of your Snuggle Hood, however standard care options for our Snuggle hoods are as follows:
-Hand / machine wash using cold to warm water (40°c maximum is suggested)If machine washing, ensure a gentle cycle is selected.
-Use only very mild detergents (approved for wool/ silk)
-Do not tumble dry
-Avoid mixing with other colours
-Do not iron
If you really want to best preserve the cuddliness and softness of your snuggle hood for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing it in cold water.

New Zealand Standard shipping - $5
Australia shipping:
Standard shiping: $25 (shipping time 5-20 business days)
Delivery & Processing Time frames:
Processing can take 1 to 3 business days, once completed our delivery partner will ship the item straight to you. You will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number once your parcel leaves us.
Please be aware that additional customs charges or fees may be payable upon collection of your order. Customs charges or fees are not included or covered by Maori moana adventures and are the responsibility of the customer.
Standard Shipping New Zealand: 2 - 3 business days (dependent on location) unless purchased on a weekend - Orders are posted on weekdays only.
Express Shipping New Zealand: Overnight, unless purchased on a weekend - orders are posted on weekdays only.
Standard Shipping Australia: 4 - 10 business days unless purchased on a weekend - orders are posted on weekdays only.

Returns and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, you can exchange your item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or a replacement of your product purchased. To report such a matter, kindly complete the contact us form or email us directly at Info@maorimoana.co.nz with your order details and we will be in touch with further steps to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Please note to be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
